Our team is developing novel algorithms and bioinformatics tools to support the design of microorganisms for bio-manufacturing. By leveraging omics data, we model and simulate cellular traits and dynamics, and design efficient metabolic pathways and genetic sequences. We are also developing technologies to utilize functional biomolecules, such as enzymes and nucleic acids, as seeds for new bio-products in bio-manufacturing.
