We employ a wide range of techniques and knowledge spanning from molecular to ecological levels to analyze the symbiotic relationship between organisms and the microorganisms that have greatly influenced biological evolution. Our research focuses on various aspects including the estimation of evolutionary pathways, elucidation of maintenance mechanisms of symbiotic systems, and exploration of the biological functions of symbiotic organisms at the molecular, cellular, tissue, organismal, and ecosystem levels.
