We are developing functional nucleic acids that regulate gene expression by inhibiting intracellular microRNAs (miRNAs) and mRNAs. We also focus on single-cell analyses, and have developed novel scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) enabling long-term monitoring of cellular topography or activities.
